What is Telehealth?

For your safety Telehealth was implemented by the Victorian Government health department. This was to help aid in improve social distancing and lock down laws. Therefore we now offer consultations via phone and or video calling in addition to face to face appointments. Anyone who has any of the following symptoms must have a telehealth consultation and will not be allowed into the clinic until they have a proven negative COVID-19 test result. Cough, cold, sore throat, shortness of breath or fever, if you have any of these symptoms no matter how mild please contact reception and a telephone or video call will be organised for you.

What is telehealth and how to book

Book an appointment time as normal, if you are booking online select the telehealth option or call reception and request a telehealth consultation. At your appointment time the doctor will call you.

How to book video call

Call reception and book an appointment time as normal, reception will request your E-mail address and approximately 5 minutes before your appointment a link will be E-mailed to you, click this link to start the video chat and the doctor will join the call when they are ready. You will need either a smart phone, tablet, or computer as well as an E-mail address.
