Tips for keeping fit at home

There are may reasons that it is important to keep activate

  • It give you more energy

  • Improves your mood

  • Prevents chronic disease such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer

  • It keeps you busy

here are some fun ideas to keep you active around the house

  • Move around and stand up as much as you can

  • Take scheduled active breaks if you are working from home

  • Adapt your old exercise routine to fit your new lifestyle

  • Put on some music and dance

  • Practice Yoga (there are many great online tutorials and apps)

  • Practice palates (there are many great online tutorials and apps)

  • Get involved in online YouTube or Instagram live group workouts

  • Use exercise apps for short high intensity workouts

  • Go outside if and when you can

  • Enjoy a walk

  • Go for a jog or run in the park

  • Try some step ups on a park bench or near by stairs

  • Go cycling though your local neighborhood

  • Enjoy skipping with your family and friends

  • Get out and do some garden

You should aim for 30 minutes of physical activity every day
