Weekly Mindfulness Exercise

At least three times during the day, pause and try to become aware of something you have not noticed before. So much of our surroundings go unnoticed, even in the places we spend most of our time. This practice helps you become more aware of your environment and bring your attention back to the present moment. Though we suggest you do it at least three times, we encourage you to get into the habit of doing it as often as possible.
