COVID-19 Vaccination
PFIZER
We expect our Pfizer deliver to arrive and commence vaccinations from the week of October 4th
We will be administering the Pfizer vaccination to those aged between 12 - 59
Booking for the Pfizer vaccinations will only be made available after we have received the stock. An update on when the bookings will open will be posted on the website, Facebook page and via E-mail newsletter as the stock arrives each fortnight.
Appointments will be available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
If you are aged over 60 and wish to have Pfizer you will need to attend a State government hub.
If you are a new patient you will need to fill in the new patient form online when you book your appointment. If you book your appointment over the phone you will be sent an email link to complete this online. If you are unable you will be asked to fill this in on the day of your vaccination.
All patients will be sent a link via an email link to complete their consent online.
If you have not completed your online consent prior to your first Pfizer vaccine with us, upon arrival you will need to use the QR code at reception to complete the Pfizer consent form prior to your appointment , this will take approximately 5minutes. If unable to complete via the QR code you will be given a paper version of the Pfizer consent form.
On the day of your first vaccine you will be asked to book your second dose appointment in 4 weeks time.
AstraZeneca
We continue to administer AstraZeneca to those over 60years old
Second doses can now be administered from 6 weeks after dose 1, however for best COVID-19 immunity it is recommend that dose 2 be administered week 8 and 10 after your first dose. To reschedule your vaccine appointment please phone reception 9386 3409
All AstraZeneca appointments will be on a Wednesday only. This due to the high volume to vaccines we have already administer to this age group over the last 7 months
