When can you be seen face to face in the clinic?
If you have tested Positive to COVID-19 you are not able to be seen in person at the clinic until 7 days after a negative test or 7 days after your symptoms have stopped, as medical clinics are conceded a high risk setting. If you need to be seen by a doctor in that time you can book a telehealth appointment.
If you are a close contact of a patient you are not able to be seen in person for your appointment until 14 days following your exposure as medical clinics is considered a high risk setting. If you need to be seen by a doctor in that time you can book a telehealth appointment.
